GRASS-FED BEEF & PASTURED PORK 

Our beef is young, raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics and is grained lightly the last 30 days for marbling, and to ensure a an easy and non-traumatic trailering to processing.

  • Our pork is from Duroc/Landrace crossed hogs or Hereford hogs, on pasture year round (grained twice daily) and also raised without hormones nor fed animal byproducts. They receive lots of fruit & vegetables too! 
  • Our farm is certified Animal Welfare Approved - using humane standards of care from birth to processing. 
  • Our processed pork products (Bratwurst/Italian Sausage, Andouille or hot or mild breakfast sausages are extra lean - no added fat & no MSG)  Healthy & Delicious for your family!  

Beef, Eggs & Pork are available on farm, and at Krankies Coffee in Winston Salem (Tuesdays 10-1 May-Nov),

All meats & cheeses are available at: City Beverage, 915 Burke Street (1st & Burke) in Winston Salem (Saturdays 12-4'ish (get there early)

Our beef & pork is processed at a USDA Inspected facility, at Mays Meats in Taylorsville, NC. and is vacuum packed, frozen and ready to go.  Our current beef & pork prices are as follows:
